Location: the hotel was close to many restaurants, medical store, police station and ofcourse many wine shops and vehicle rental stores and Casa De Goa for 2 nights and beach, markets nearby at walkable distance. We could drink something at Souza Lobo, located 1 mi away.

The breakfast is great with dosas, omelettes, Chinese foods, and the service is nice. The staff is nice.

The staff were super cool and treated us like VIPs. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the pool was lit! We spent all day there, and even tried out some of the nearby beach activities like parasailing and diving. Such a sick time!

Only thing missing was a proper party scene for us young peeps. Would have been epic to have some wild parties or a nightclub nearby.

Magnificent and unbeatable location in pretty area, very close to many restaurants, medical store, police station and ofcourse many wine shops and vehicle rental stores, the Calangute beach is very near, and vehicle rental stores. Nice beds, television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room.

The value we got for our money was excellent, with spacious rooms and a beautiful garden. The location was perfect, very close to the beach. The staff treated us well, providing friendly service and ensuring our room was cleaned daily.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

The room was well-organised with decent Wi-fi and bath tub and the bathroom as described. Also, location was perfect, within a close distance from Calangute Beach;))

The staff at this resort were absolutely amazing! From the friendly and supportive restaurant staff, reception, housekeeping, to the security staff, everyone went above and beyond in their duties. The restaurant food was not only delicious but also very enjoyable. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the restaurant staff were excellent and very attentive. The room service was prompt and efficient, with the breakfast delivered hot and presented beautifully. The smart villa functioned perfectly, allowing us to control the lights, TV, and even access movies on demand through the iPad. The staff, especially Mario, were incredibly friendly and courteous, always ready to assist us. The overall property had a laid-back atmosphere with great attention to privacy.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa De Goa - Boutique Resort! The location was perfect, with the beach and market within reach. We were impressed by the dedicated and attentive staff, from the security to the housekeeping and restaurant staff. They answered all our queries and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience and can't wait to go back next time.

I had a wonderful stay at a boutique resort in Goa. The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, making it very convenient. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable with high-quality linen and pillows. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One particular staff member, Freddie, even returned money that I had unknowingly left in my jeans pockets. The pool area was well-maintained, and the pool attendant was always helpful and attentive. The food served at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. I had an awesome experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a comfortable stay with some great features. the spacious and tidy room with regular towel replacement and a well-maintained pool area made our stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect within 5-minutes walk of a peaceful beach with fewer tourists. Finally, the hotel staff were helpful and polite.

There were some areas that the hotel could improve upon. The breakfast spread could have had more local cuisine options.

Had a lovely stay during Xmas. Got two complementary drinks offered on arrival which was great. The location was perfect, near the beach and market. Enjoyed the sunset at the beach which was just a short walk away.

The experience was pretty ruined as the room had a bad odor and it felt like it wasn't cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. the staff's response to our complaint wasn't very quick or enthusiastic which left a bad taste in our mouths.

Co-operative staff, comfortable rooms, well-maintained pool, delicious food, self-contained villas, modern technology.
